Look out MTC here comes Lolo
Hi there, its mama, Today was pretty emotional, we tried to be upbeat, and then I'd think of something funny Laura did and I would burst into tears, she would say " no, no don't start" One of Lolo's biggest fears while at the MTC was role playing and prayers. I told her there are 500 newbie's, they won't even look your way. WRONG MOM !! The President took one look at Miss Sunshine and asked her to give the closing prayer. SNAP !!! So first prayer in the MTC was in front of the whole group, she did really well, covered all bases, and added alittle somethin, somethin extra at the end and Viola' it was done, she gave me a hug and a kiss and said scoot, scoot, then Cory got a longer hug, so I went back in for seconds. Then I went to the Temple, went home and sleep 5 hours, I was beat. But we made it. Lolo is an awesome gal, and thanks to all her wonderful friends who made her farewell and swedish pancake party so fun. love, Momma
Peace Out People
I'm leaving for the MTC in 1 HOUR, and it is the weirdest thing ever. I've never been so happy and sad at the same time. My last night here was FANTASTIC. I got to spend it with some great friends who I love sooooo much. I'm so thankful for all of you and your genuine kindness. Sometimes it takes so long to find good friends, but it is so worth it when you find them. I love you guys so much. Please write to me and keep me posted with a little PG Gossip. Trafalga, TraFUNga!
Today my mom and I were able to take some of my friends kids to Trafalga. I had over 250 tokens and 500 tickets for all of us to play with. The boys liked riding the motorcycles and doing boy stuff. My little buddy for the day was Phoebe. She got really good at Skee Ball. I was so happy that I chose to take my "lil friends" instead of my older friends, I know that they had way more fun than a bunch of dumb 20 year olds. Here are some pics of the days, I got a little obsessed with taking pics of Phoebs cause she's so darn cute. Then, my mom wanted to take a picture of everyone waving goodbye to me for my mission, it was a sad, cute moment.

Stupid Men
I'm really frustrated how stupid and inconsiderate men are, and just people in general. I was walking out of a not very busy Costco today when I saw a little old lady and her old mother. The old daughter was carrying a huge awkward table and no one offered to help her. I finally took it out of her hands and then she told me that she had just had a wrist operation. I'm so disappointed in all the men that were at Costco (customers included) who didn't not offer to help her. I was happy to do it and glad I was able to, but still bugged that a young man didn't get to her first. Shame, Shame!
